無(wú)錫天隆汽車部件制造有限公司位于江蘇省無(wú)錫市洛社鎮(zhèn)312國(guó)道旁，專業(yè)從事汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)沖壓件及焊合件產(chǎn)品，2001年在廣西柳州成立了柳州天隆汽車部件制造有限公司,2018年和無(wú)錫微研合資成立了柳州微研天隆科技股份有限公司，主要從事汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)系列沖壓件及焊合件生產(chǎn)。
Wuxi Tianlong Automobile Parts Manufacturing Co.Ltd, specializes in manufacturing automotive engine parts ，welding products on engine. The company started its business in Luoshe , which is a town in Wuxi , Jiangsu and it is adjacent to No.312 high way. In 2001, one subsidiary-Liuzhou Tianlong Auto Parts Manufacturing Co.Ltd was set up inLiuzhou, Guangxi. In 2018, Liuzhou Weiyan Tianlong Technology Co., Ltd. was jointly established with Wuxi Weiyan ，This subsidiary has its main business in manufacturing automotive engine parts and welding products .
無(wú)錫工廠年生產(chǎn)能力：發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)沖壓件系列400萬(wàn)臺(tái)套，工廠占地面積3.5萬(wàn)平方米，建筑面積約2.5萬(wàn)平方米，固定資產(chǎn)4000萬(wàn)元，上年度總銷售額1億元。
The parent company has an annual capacity of 4 million in making stamping parts. The plant covers an area of 35,000 square meters with a 25,000 square meters building area. All fixed assets are 40 million yuan in book value. Last year, Tianlong Wuxi made an annual sales of 100 million yuan.
柳州工廠年生產(chǎn)能力：沖壓件系列150萬(wàn)臺(tái)套，工廠占地面積2.8萬(wàn)平方米，建筑面積約1.8萬(wàn)平方米，上年度總銷售額8000萬(wàn)元。
The parent company has an annual capacity of 1.5 million in making stamping parts. The plant covers an area of 28,000 square meters with a 1.8,000 square meters building area. Last year, Tianlong Wuxi made an annual sales of 80 million yuan.
工廠有先進(jìn)的工藝裝備及檢測(cè)手段，設(shè)有檢測(cè)手段齊全的檢測(cè)室，有光譜儀、三坐標(biāo)、清潔度儀、金相設(shè)備、理化分析設(shè)備，機(jī)械性能試驗(yàn)機(jī)、硬度計(jì)、硬度分選檢測(cè)儀、磁粉與熒光探傷機(jī)、萬(wàn)能工具顯微鏡、水壓與氣壓試漏機(jī)、電子軸力計(jì)、粗糙度分析儀、鹽霧試驗(yàn)機(jī)、疲勞試驗(yàn)機(jī)等多種試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)設(shè)備。
The factory has advanced process equipment and test method. In addition, we have a fully equipped testing room equipped with spectrograph, three dimensional,cleanliness meter, metallographic phase equipment, physical and chemical analysis equipment, mechanical performance testing machine, hardness tester, hardness separation tester, magnetic particle and fluorescence detector,universal tool maker's microscope, hydraulic pressure and air pressure testing machine, electron axial force meter, roughness analyzer, salt spray test machine, fatigue machine and so on.
無(wú)錫、柳州公司于2007年通過(guò)了IATF16949質(zhì)量管理體系的認(rèn)證，所生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品銷往全國(guó)各地，主要的配套客戶為：廣汽菲亞特克萊斯勒、上汽通用五菱、吉利集團(tuán)、FCA集團(tuán)、上汽集團(tuán)、日本久保田、柳州五菱柳機(jī)動(dòng)力、安徽全柴等。

The product is delivered all over the country,the main supporting customers：GAC FCA，SGMW，Geely Group，F(xiàn)CA Group，SAIC，KUBOTA，Power of Wuling willow machine in Liuzhou ，QuanChai and so on.
